easy check-in shaded areas
Check-in was quick and easy!!! The location is near the Whistler gondola. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was helpful. The pool has shaded areas for children.

charmed by every detail!
clean gym extra bedding
I found the gym very clean. It even had awesome machines and free weights!!! our room had a kitchen, extra bedding and everything we needed. the pool offered both indoor and outdoor options including a hot tub, such a treat. the staff, especially ruben and cesar at grill and vine, were fantastic.
i was looking forward to the steam room, but it was closed for the entire trip. this was disappointing, as i planned to use it daily. i hope this is fixed soon.

the grill and vine restaurant stood out because of the staff there. ruben and cesar were especially great. we ate there several times and enjoyed the food and service each time.

the staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating. from check-in to the pool, everyone was always ready to assist. this level of attention really enhanced our vacation experience.

clean room central location helpful staff quiet atmosphere
i enjoyed my facial massage at the spa it was so quiet even with many families. the room was clean which i really appreciate. the location was very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were also helpful offering assistance with directions and recommendations.
i noticed some slight wear on the hallway carpets though it didn't affect my stay.

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient. It is walkable to many places! i had on-site parking, very useful. the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub were a great addition

lovely rooms!
earlier check clean room washing machine
i got a super earlier check in. the room was very super clean and clean. we were happy to find a washing machine there. the staff members are friendly and helpful, this.
i thought the bus to vancouver was departing from the entrance. i even asked the doorman to confirm it. the bus stop was actually across the street. i wish the doorman had known something as simple as this.

the restaurant served very good food and it have healthy choices. the breakfast had a great food selection. it is nice, but it is a bit expensive for what they offer, so keep that in mind.

the hotel is close to everything. it is also near the gondola. i liked a lot the great location of the hotel because it makes easy to walk to coffee shops, and all throughout the village without worrying for parking.

the service are great here. they were able to accommodate our request for a slightly earlier check in. bellmen, valet parking staff and housekeeping staff were all excellent and very professional and friendly, super nice.

the pool was smaller. the pool deck had plenty of seating and clean towels were always available. there is a fitness area. this is a great complex, directly in the center and near gondolas.
